A 13-1 victory Sunday over the Lincoln Judds keeps the Kearney Runza team alive in the American Legion state tournament at their ballpark.

Let's go to Monday's elimination game against the Millard West RT Wildcats.

In the first, Kearney Runza has the bases loaded with two outs. Zac Yocam is up there and lines one to rightcenter. It is down for a hit.

Drew Butler is in to score with Anthony Pachecho is right behind him for a 2-0 lead as Runza picks up right where they left off Sunday.

Runza looks for more in the 2nd with men at first and third, Trey Anderson bounces to short, Keegan Fitzgerald scores to make it 3-0, Trey is safe at first on an error putting runners at 1st and 3rd.

Then Drew Butler would send one deep to Rightcenter up against the fence, both runners score giving Kearney Runza a 5-0 lead. Drew ends up with a triple and Kearney Runza goes on to an 11-0 victory.

They live to play again Tuesday here at the state touranement.
