Looks like despite having a blood-alcohol level reading of .103 Nebraska offensive lineman Mike Caputo will only be charged with reckless driving for his December eleventh arrest on suspension of DUI.
The senior from Omaha was arrested ten days ago after police found him apparently sleeping in his parked pickup truck while the engine was running.
Caputo is set to appear in Lancaster County Court Thursday at 1:30pm.
Earlier in the week coach Bo Pelini said he is waiting a couple more days until all info on the situation comes out to determine Caputo's playing status for the Capital One Bowl.
I'm not a lawyer or Bo Pelini but it is my guess Mike Caputo will now be playing come January 2nd versus South Carolina.
