Husker basketball gets ready for Ducks

In basketball, Oregon coach Dana Altman takes his Ducks into the Devaney Center tonight to play the Huskers. The former Creighton coach and Nebraska native brings his squad to Lincoln with a 2-1 mark trying to deal Nebraska its first loss of the season after three wins.

After defeating Rhode Island 83-63 Saturday, this is just one of the tough challenges the Huskers face in the near future with such teams as Wake Forest and Creighton ahead of the Big Red before Big 10 play begins.

Last season the Ducks defeated Dana's former team the Creighton Bluejays 2 out of 3 games in the College Basketball Invitational post season tournament.
