For three quarters Nebraska went toe to toe with a Georgia squad that came up five yards short of taking on Notre Dame in the National Championship.

However, in the end, the Husker defense couldn't find a way to slow down Aaron Murray and the Georgia offense falling 45 to 31 and losing the Capital One Bowl for the second straight year.

After the game it was a surprisingly chipper Bo Pelini who pointed to a pair of moments that shifted the momentum.
