We start off by reporting Nebraska's volleyball team is #1 in the nation after three victories including a 5 set thriller over defending national champ UCLA Saturday.

It is game week at the University of Nebraska and on many other college campuses throughout the nation.

The Huskers have won 26 consecutive season openers.

They hope to continue that streak as the Southerm Miss Golden Eagles make their way to Nebraska from the Magnolia State.
