Big Red needed a reprieve in Nebraska's last five games. They've faced four ranked opponents, including the two programs at the top of the conference Michigan State and Indiana

Saturday's opponent was the Iowa Hawkeyes who certainly aren't the caliber of those two titans but are still squarely on the NCAA tournament bubble. A bubble that the Huskers may have popped today
