Pelini talks about coaching replacement

Nebraska football coach Bo Pelini said he'd announce the addition to his staff replacing his brother Carl "when the time is right."

The coaching website FootballScoop.com reports that Iowa defensive line coach John Kaczenski may be a candidate to jump to the Nebraska staff.

According to the speculation, current Husker assistant John Papuchis would be promoted to defensive coordinator and the new coach would be the Husker d-line coach.

Kaczenski is a former outstanding defensive lineman at Notre Dame, been on Kirk Ferentzs' staff at Iowa the past five years and developed some excellent linemen.

The Hawkeyes take on the Oklahoma Sooners December 30th at the Insight Bowl in Tempe, Arizona so we won't hear anything until at least then.
