A narrow loss earlier this season to the Adams Central Patriots and an overtime loss to the Doniphan-Trumbull Cardinals are likely the only results holding the Gibbon Buffaloes out of the Top 10 rankings this week.

Thursday night provided another chance for the Buffs to get there.
