How nice was it to sit back the day after Thanksgiving still full from turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes, watch Rex Burkhead return to the field, and the Huskers clinch the Legends division with a win over Iowa?

Well, hopefully you enjoyed it because the black Friday Husker Hawkeye matchup may be coming to an end

Iowa Athletic Director Gary Barta says that playing on Friday is more challenging with many fans traveling for Thanksgiving.

However, playing the day before more traditional rivalry games like Michigan and Ohio State could give the Heroes game more television exposure.

Nothing has been finalized as of yet.

We'll see how the looming scheduling changes with the additions of Rutgers and Maryland impact the future of this rivalry.
