Fresh off their win over #25 Briar Cliff, the Hastings College Men's Basketball team left the friendly confines of Lynn-Farrell arena and hit the road Saturday to take on another ranked opponent #10 Northwestern in a game head coach Lance Creech says will be the toughest of the year

And he was right. His Broncos fell 114 to 102 to 10th ranked Northwestern in an absolute shootout.

Defense was optional Saturday afternoon in Iowa as Hastings drops to 11-3 on the season

They'll face UNK on Tuesday in Kearney.

Just a tough trip all around for the Broncos

On the Women's side of things it's a second consecutive loss for the Lady Broncos as they fall to #8 Northwestern 77 to 45 dropping to 7-7 on the season.
