They finally have their blackshirts. The Husker defense was rewarded after two consecutive quality performances with the program's symbol of defensive excellence.

But the question now becomes: Can they keep it up?

Their Achilles heel has always been the dual threat quarterback and luckily for the Huskers none of the remaining teams on their schedule feature one.
