It was an up and down weekend for the Husker Volleyball team. After winning 9 straight conference games, the squad fell to number 20 Ohio State.

Then they came back, refocused and won a thrilling contest over #1 Penn State Sunday in five sets.

Coach John Cook likes how his team has handled adversity this year.

"You gotta get in those situations and see how you're going to respond. We've been in there twice now with UCLA and Penn State and we did that last year with some teams too. These kids are showing that they got what it takes. You can't create those situations in practice; you have to go through them and let 'em respond and learn. And I think whether you win or lose you still learn a lot. So these are all experiences that will help us down the road and get to tournament."

Huskers are #4 in the polls again this week. They'll travel to Ann Arbor to take on Michigan Friday and then to Michigan State and East Lansing on Saturday.
