Olympic hopefuls swim for records in Omaha

The Olympic swim trials are on day five of eight in Omaha and things are starting to heat up indoors and out as the Olympic hopefuls look to fulfill a lifelong dream and swim in the Olympics.

The first final of the night the men's 200 meter breaststroke where top qualifier Clark Burckle looks to hold off American Record holder Eric Shanteau and hold on to the top spot in 200.

In between the 200 breast and the other two finals of the night Ryan Lochte will try to reach yet another final in the centurylink center as he comes into the semis of the 200 meter backstroke as the top qualifier with a time of 1:57.24 seconds.

The two other finals being decided Friday night are the women's 200 butterfly and the men's 100 freestyle.
