Drivers race at "Fun and Gun" road rally

It's the Road Rally "Fun and Gun" at Hastings Motor Sports Park and three days of racing wrapped up Saturday morning. The cars hit the track for several competitive races among some amazing machines.

Cobras worked their way around the 2.15 mile track to see which of the cars had the most punch and which of the drivers had the most skill in the slolam road rally.

MSP and the races here are a showcase for those the love auto racing and love their cars.

Track director George Anderson said that usually MSP draws drivers and cars from distant states who all seem to be very pleased they made the trip.

More racing is set from Sunday with the Guard Rail Open track pursuit. Next Saturday and Sunday the track will have the SCCA Club Races with a number of races set for various dates in October. Check them out on the web at racemph.com
