Storm prepare for 3 nights of action
Having escaped last place in the USHL West, can the Tri-City Storm keep moving up in the standings and eventually earn a spot in the post-season playoffs?
As he sent the team through Tuesday's practice open to the public, new head coach and General Manager Josh Hauge sure hopes so. The Storm has won its last three games before being off a week and a half. The squad looks to play well, and win all 3 games in the upcoming homestand. The Storm takes on the Des Moirnes Buccaneers Thursday night, the Sioux City Musketeers Friday night and the Omaha Lancers on New Year's Rockin' Eve Saturday night. With coach Hauge replacing Drew Schoenick earlier this month, the Storm hopes the change will work. With those 16 losses the Storm leads the USHL in that category. They will work hard to make sure that situation changes as soon as possible starting tomorrow night against the Buccaneers. Most Popular |
