It's big news coming out of the Viaero Event Center. The Tri-City Storm are staying put but making a few changes in how the team is managed and who will be doing it in the coming years.

Behind the bench new head coach Josh Hauge will be around for a while as the 32 year old Minnesota native signs a 30 month contract with the Storm keeping him around through 2013-14 season.

Hauge a winner at all his coaching stops beginning in the Minnesota Junior Hockey League with the Twin Cities Northern Lights where his team won the league championship in his first year as a head coach.

The storm's other big announcement Thursday is team president Greg Shea will be now looked to as the guy in charge as team owner Kirk Brooks looks to spend more time with his family including going to his children's hockey games as his son Kenny Brooks heads off to Penn State.

All in all the moves look to secure the Storm in the coming years showing signs of stability to potential players as Shea and Hauge try to build a winner in the Viaero Event Center.
