If you're going to break a record held by one of the all–time greats, why not do it in style?

Quincy Enunwa delivered Husker fans a memory they might not ever forget against Georgia in the Gator Bowl.

Going 99 plus yards for his 12th touchdown of the year.

Passing Johnny Rogers who previously held the title with 11.

After the game, Q saying Georgia was playing cover two, hesimply found a hole ...Tommy threw it up and he made a play.

One guy who would have liked to see the record stay at 11 ...Georgia Head Coach Mark Richt.

Guys make mistakes and on the back end it is monstrous and it sure looks that way when you go 99 yards. It's very tough but you can fall apart and start ripping everybody up and breaking them down and watching your team fall apart on the sideline or you can keep your composure and keep digging and keep.

I think at the end of the day to me this was about our seniors. They deserve it. I got the MVP next to me in Quincy. That was a huge play. Obviously the 99 yarder and I don't know. it was 99.9 too. It can't be, I know one thing there will never be a longer play in the history of college football than that one.

Speaking of History ...Nebraska moving up the ranks in terms of all time bowl wins.

With the W over Georgia, the Huskers are have now won 25 bowl games.

Good for a three way tie in 6th place with Tennesse and Florida State.

Of course, that can change quickly if the Noles top the Auburn Tigers in the National Championship on Monday.

If you're wondering ...Georgia has 27 all time ...tied with Oklahoma and Texas for the third most for any school.
