The Hastings mother facing child abuse charges in the shooting death of her four year old son is now out of jail.
Amanda Pecor was released from the Hall County Jail on Monday. Her boyfriend, Matthew Edwards, is still behind bars.
A July 28th trial date was scheduled during a progression hearing in Adams County District Court yesterday.
Earlier this month, the pair pleaded not guilty to charges of Class Three Felony Child Abuse.
Those charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, and a 25,000 dollar fine.
Pecor's 9 year-old son is being charged as a juvenile with manslaughter after allegedly shooting his brother on April 18th.
