Annetta M. Bosselman, 91 of Grand Island died Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Tiffany Square Center.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church at Worms. The Reverend Craig Niemeier will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at All Faiths Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bosselman was born June 28, 1922 at Archer to Herman and Katie (Michealson) Kuck.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Curtis and Paula Bosselman of Surprise, AZ.
Annetta was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Norman Bosselman; three brothers, Lawrence (Minnie), Eric (Edna), Harold (Rose) Kuck and one sister, Agnes (Harold) Scheer.
Mrs. Bosselman was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church at Worms where she was baptized, confirmed, educated in Zion’s parochial school, and married Norman Bosselman on January 18, 1942. They farmed in the Worms area until they moved to Grand Island in 1980.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Dorcas Ladies Aid, the Liederkranz and the Platt-Deutsche. She was collector and dealer of Carnival Glass, helping to create the Heart of America Carnival Glass Collectors Association. Following her husband’s death she moved to Primrose Retirement Community and then to Tiffany Square Care Center.
Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church at Worms or to Heartland Lutheran High School.
