Handmade gifts are helping fund missions abroad and right here at home.
The North Shore Church women's ministries Arts and Crafts show gives locals a place to not only shop but also sell unique, homemade items.
35 dollars for a table and that money can help grieving mothers who've lost children...
And some of the proceeds will help fight prostitution in foreign countries.
Vendors are able to keep whatever they make at the annual event.
Sweet treats and Christmas gifts were a hot commodity...
But for the shoppers it was a lot more than just a bunch of bargains.
"It shows that people are willing to go out with God and through God's work they're helping other nations and other countries and other people," shopper Sharon Armes said.
This is the 20th year for the Arts and Crafts show.
It raises about 4 thousand dollars.
