Bonnie Lee (Stouter) von Aschwege, 91, of Central City, formerly of Palmer, died Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Litzenberg Memorial County Long Term Care in Central City, NE. A private family graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery in Palmer. Wagner Funeral Home in Central 
City is assisting the family with the arrangements. 

Bonnie was born on March 30, 1923, in Palmer, Nebraska to Lee and Grace (Templin) Stouter. She grew up in Palmer and received her education there, graduating from Palmer High School.

She was united in marriage to Arnold W. (Pete) von Aschwege on February 15, 1942. They lived on the von Aschwege family farm south of Palmer for the duration of their married life.

Bonnie was a former member of Palmer United Methodist Church where she and Arnold enjoyed helping with the Youth Fellowship. 

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Marny von Aschwege of Nahant, MA; and Tom and Cindy von Aschwege of Houston, TX, five grandchildren, Angela, Anne-Marie, Eric, Ahren and Anders, two great-grandsons, Noah and Sebastian, and one brother, Leland Stouter and his wife Eileen of Norfolk, VA. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arnold von Aschwege in 2010, and her sister, LaBelle (Stouter) Racines.
