The trial for a Webster County man accused alongside his mother of killing a Guide Rock woman has been postponed. The trial for 23 year old Andrew Casterline was scheduled to begin in Adams County District Court this morning. It has now been moved to September 8th.

A reason for the delay was not yet available. Andrew Casterline and his mother Shelly Casterline are accused of killing 68 year old Virginia Barone last October. Andrew has pleaded not guilty to charges of first degree murder. His 41 year old mother has pleaded guilty to second degree murder. Her sentencing is set for June 10th.
