Once the season ended it was just a matter of time before coach Mike Davis of the Nebraska Danger signed a new contract to return for season four of the franchise. The Danger, Intense Conference champs and runners up in the Indoor Football League, fought to the wire dropping the United Bowl title game to Sioux Falls finishing the season with an 11-5 mark. With quarterback Jameel Sewell the league MVP, this was an exciting year for the Danger in its 3rd season of existence and the coach will try to guide the team to one more win next year. "You never know in football but it is something that we wanted to get done, others were asking about it and we wanted to get it done so we did," said Davis. Mike says he feels about 15 or 16 players from this year's squad will return for 2014. Mike will also be again an assistant for Tony Harper's Hastings College Broncos this coming season those his role on the staff is still being discussed.
