A Friday court hearing for the Glenvil man charged with the November murders of his ex wife and a Grand Island lawyer has been postponed at the request of his attorney.
Michael Petersen was scheduled to have a status hearing tomorrow in Buffalo County. That has now been moved to April 4th, according to Hall County Attorney Mark Young.

In February, Petersen pleaded not guilty in Hall County District Court in the shooting of Todd Elsbernd. He has yet to be formally arraigned in Buffalo County for the charges in the death of his ex wife.

Young says that how the prosecution will be handled between both counties is yet to be determined.
