Speaking from the heart, Governor Heineman didn't mince words when voicing his opposition to Nebraska inmates trying to tie the knot behind bars.

We told you last week that two people, a man and woman both facing murder charges, want to get married. And they're currently separated by 50 miles. Regardless of the distance... Heineman says it should not be allowed.

The ACLU claims the 8th Amendment gives the two inmates the right to marry.
