Changing the culture of Nebraska basketball. We've heard that over the past year and a half ever since Tim Miles was hired away from Colorado State to coach the Huskers. Will it happen and will it start this week?

The Huskers have an opportunity hosting the Miami Hurricanes tomorrow night in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, and visiting their in–state rivals, the Creighton Bluejays Sunday in Omaha.

Both are NCAA Tournament teams from last season, both look to be among the most talented teams Nebraska will face.

WE'RE TRYING TO CHANGE THE CULTURE AND THOSE TWO GAMES WILL REALLY HELP US DO THAT. . THAT'S WHY COACH MILES SCHEDULE IS  OF THE TOUGHEST SCHEDULES IN THE NATION. HE'S TRYING TO CHANGE THE CULTURE OF NEBRASKA BASKETBALL.

MIAMI OF FLORIDA, JIM LARANAGA IS A GREAT COACH A HALL OF FAME COACH. AND THEN GREG MCDERMOTT DOES A GREAT JOB OVER AT CREIGHTON AND THEY'VE GOT A TEAM OF A LIFETIME, I MEAN THAT TEAM  IS AS GOOD A CREIGHTON TEAM, I MEAN I'VE WATCHED CREIGHTON FOREVER AND I'M NOT AN EXPERT BUT THAT LOOKS LIKE A GREAT, GREAT TEAM.

Of course the minute coach Miles says that, the Bluejays lose games to San Diego State and George Washington at the Wooden Classic in California.

However, battling Doug McDermott and the Jays at the Century Link Center Sunday at 5, the odds will be against the Big Red.

First things first and tomorrow and the 'Canes, a familiar football rival and a Sweet 16 team of last season.
