 Though their season ended Saturday night in Sioux City with a 70–52 loss to Davenport in the NAIA Division II National Tournament Quarterfinals, it concluded a fabulous year for the Hastings Lady Broncos.

.That great season makes Bronco coach Carrie Hofstetter is one of four finalists for the Pat Summitt Award as NAIA National Coach of the Year.

The award, named after the legendary former University of Tennessee coach, will be given to the winner April 7th in Nashville, site of the NCAA womens Final Four...

Coach Hofstetter will be there, let's hope she brings the award home.

Her Broncos finished 28–6 including their two victories at Nationals in Sioux City last week.
