The Glenvil man charged with murdering his attorney and ex–wife was hospitalized this morning.

Michael Petersen was taken to the St. Francis Medical Center earlier today.

The Hall County Attorney is still looking into the cause.

Petersen is charged with two counts of first–degree murder.

He allegedly killed his ex–wife and Grand Island attorney last November.

He has preliminary hearings scheduled for the 21st of January.
