Time is running out until the May primary. As candidates in crowded races work to make their stances known. Many of those Republican candidates from across the state were in Hastings last night for the 4th Annual Lincoln Reagan Dinner.
Candidates running for US Congress, US Senate, Governor, Attorney General and other statewide offices were at the GOP event. Lieutenant Governor Lavon Heidemann was the keynote speaker for the dinner at the downtown Lark.
One key issue facing the state is the Keystone XL Pipeline. President Obama said last week that he is nearing a decision, and Governor Dave Heineman said he is ready for the President to sign off.
While Republican candidates may have differing opinions on some of the issues our state is currently facing, they stand united in their support for the Keystone XL pipeline.
