The first pitch of the NCAA baseball Tournament is right around the corner.
It happens tomorrow at Noon when Nebraska takes on Cal State–Fullerton.

The sit of a loaded Stillwater regional featuring the preseason number one in Cal State–Fullerton, #10 Oklahoma State, a back to back tournament qualifier in Binghamton, and one of the hottest teams in the countrry, Darin Erstad's Huskers. Nebraska getting down to business today with one final primer before tomorrow's opener against Cal State Fullerton an opportunity that seemed a long way away after a plodding start to the season.
Coach always talks about writing a chapter and finishing your career out how you want to finish it out and just being 15 and 13, another mediocre team was not something we wanted to be part of.
We obviously have a lot of talented guys on the team. People have stepped up and rose to the occasions when we have needed to and we have grinded out some big wins here and there and now we're here.
A level of success they hope to add even more to, starting tomorrow.
We're not just here to participate. We're here to win. We're excited to get going tomorrow and can't wait to see what happens.
