Nebraska's unemployment rate has dipped for the third straight month. In numbers released this morning, the rate for November came in at 3 point 7 percent.
That's down two tenths of a percentage from October. That follows a two tenths of a point drop from September and October and a one tenth drop from August to September.
It's also down one tenth of a point from the 3 point 8 percent rate in November of 2012. The state's rate compares with a 7 percent rate nationally.
Here in the Tri-Cities, Hastings unemployment dropped from 3.2 to 3.1 percent. Grand Island remained the same at 3 percent.
