It'll be at least another year until Nebraska can call itself a winner-take-all state when it comes to Presidential electoral votes.
Fremont State Senator Charlie Janssen's bill was bracketed today... meaning it won't be discussed again this session.
Janssen made the call to have it pulled and no one opposed. The bill had been debated for two days last month.
Currently Nebraska's 5 electoral votes are split into the three Congressional districts and the other two for the overall popular vote winner.
Maine is the only other state that divvies up its votes like Nebraska.
