Moisture continutes to stream into the region and that will continue for the rest of the night.  Drizzle is a litte heavier in the Hastings area.  With winds continuing tp relax, fog will take over tonight and early tomorrow morning as the main visibility issue.  Cloud ceilings will drop below a thousand feet, and in fact has done so in the Hastings area with ceiling at around 600 feet.
After 2 am we should see some scattered showers and T'storms in or around the Tri-Cities.  Rain should linger as we push through the morning hours and will push east of the Tri-Cities after noontime.
From there, we await a cold front.  Clouds will break up and decrease through the afternoon leaving clear conditions for high school football games Friday night.  Winds will be light, then northwesterly after a pre frontal trough and then the front pushes through.
Oh how could I forget....the all important weekend.  No worries.  Lots of sunshine and mild temperatures.
