Gov. Heineman declares July 5, 2008 as Nebraska Tractor Pulling Day. It is the same day as the "Night Of Thunder Truck & Tractor Pulling" held in Arnold, NE. Nebraska Govenor Dave Heineman signed the Nebraska Tractor Pulling Day proclamation on May 9, 2008 at the Nebraska State Capital along with the President of the Arnold Tractor Pull Committee Edward Walker.
