You've got to watch the video of this dog paddling in the water at the Hastings Parks & Recreation Annual Doggie Splash at Hastings Aqua Park, absolutely funny! I would estimate about 50 dog and their owners ventured into the chilly water and made the best it. The animals had as much fun as the owners and those who just came to watch. Pets and owners were well behaved at the event.
